The 3 gentlemen were extremely professional, courteous and hard workers. They were easy to talk with. Above all they were attentive and careful with all the items during the move (going down 3 flights of stairs to their box truck).I highly recommed for anyone looking for a moving service.

Very impressive company! They notified me through text to inform me about arrival time( punctual) The workers was very polite ,respectful and courteous They entered my home with Vivid information and request signatures at the beginning and the end of service Explaining the nature of the move , liability and responsibility.The guys asked did I have any questions or concerned . They proceeded to securing my items for the move .Very neat ,worked promptly. I highly recommend this company as your next moving experience! I don’t even know where to begin these guys moved us into Cypress with a smile on her face and in this heat! Greg and Shane unloaded the massive amount of things we had and not once did I feel like they couldn’t handle the workload. Kevin and flex were awesome , very professional let us know everything in detailed along the way extremely satisfied.. This is the first time we’ve ever use movers We were so so so very impressed. These guys got in when they said they were going to for appointment time , they did not lose steam from the beginning, Four hours later our stuff was packed , moved unpacked, and set up. Second time ordering with Graceful movers and I again was NOT DISAPPOINTED at all . Very polite men that was extremely respectful, fast surveying what needed to be completed and knocked it out with no problem. I even asked them if they could pick up some containers that were too heavy for me. Each time I received a “ sure can“ 😊. I moved from one unit up stairs to another upstairs unit, I plan on staying here for a while but best believe if and when I move , I will be using Graceful movers. This company does a great job. This is the second time I have used them and both times they were professional, prompt, careful with my belongings, and friendly. They did an amazing job, and the guys that did the move were absolutely fantastic. They arrived on time, made sure everything was safe, wrapped, and protected; disassembled and reassembled everything without issue; placed everything exactly where I asked, and even helped assemble and put up a new mattress at the second location. I can not recommend this company highly enough. Excellent work!

This was by far the best moving experience I’ve had to date—from the knowledgeable conversation and follow-through from Ryan, the move consultant, to the care and courtesy shown by the moving team comprised of Kevin,Joel, and Nolan. I was moving out of a storage unit and was provided a conservative estimate in terms of time needed to complete the move, with assurance that if it took less time, I would only be billed for the actual move time and that the team moving me would work diligently to complete ahead of schedule. The moving team arrived on time, did not start the clock until they had seen the unit, took care with my belongings, adding shrink wrap and blankets as needed, were mindful of walls (especially with tight corners), reassembled furniture timely that they had not taken apart, and completed the move well under the quoted time and in line with my timing expectations! This has been my primary issue with other moving companies recently that appeared to be “milking the clock” for additional billing hours. I will definitely use Graceful Moves again for any local moving needs!

Derek and team were nice and courteous and very fast in service and they did the job well and moved everything intact. Calling Graceful Moves is always a pleasure and you get treated nice and calls get picked up right away. Pricing is good and I used them second time in 3 years. I will always use them as long as I have the feature to not use anyone else.
