Bernie and Alex were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Moving is usually stressful, but these guys made the entire process smooth and efficient.They showed up on time, came ready to work, and didn’t waste a second. Ashton & Deon are the BEST! It’s never easy moving, but these guys made it stress-free. I want to thank Graceful Moves Moving & Storage for the excellent work they did in moving our 3-bedrooms home belongings. They arrived on time, the team (Gustavo and his assistant) took good care of our belongings using proper packing materials, blankets, or dollies. From booking, through follow-up, arrival, packing, unloading, and departure it was an A+ experience. Allen did his part to set us up for success during booking. Tyler took the hand off for arrival. The on-site team of Carlos, Deon, & Dee were professional, experienced, courteous, and each had a great personality.
