This was by far the smoothest, most stress-free move I’ve ever experienced! I filled out their interest form on their website and within the hour received a call from our moving consultant to take all my information and provide me with a quote. He was EXTREMELY thorough and helpful. Was more than happy to answer any and all of my questions. The quote was very accurate compared to what the final bill came out to be. I called on a Wednesday for a move that needed to happen Friday, and they were able to accommodate even with only 2 days notice. It wasn’t a huge move, just basically one bedroom and bathroom’s worth of furniture and boxes from my aunt’s assisted living facility to a storage unit, which might have had something to do with them being able to squeeze me in last minute. But still, great. And, the day before the move I called and asked if they could possibly add 2 more stops (right along our route) to pick up a large piece of furniture from my Dad’s house and deliver it to my house, and they were able to do it no problem. The movers were right on time and extremely professional. I hadn’t been able to pack everything into boxes like I had planned and they were happy to do it for me. The moving consultant Ryan was great over the phone and not pushy at all. He explained everything to me, with no hidden fees unlike the other company I contacted. The driver, Kendall was great as well, quick with packing everything into the truck and bringing everything inside at the drop off location. He also asked where should each and every box be placed. They left my mom’s furniture damaged and it was brand new. Such a sham of a company! They stalked me to earn my business but when silent when I asked for a Manager to call me back. Don’t use them. We used the one from Spring, TX. Stay away! Javon Jackson is who stalked to earn my business but went silent after I reported the damages. Also- the movers were two young males who were new and didn’t understand anything about moving.
