Exceptional service, prompt, on time, careful with our belongings went above and beyond to ensure things were adequately braced, and protected. They were willing to work with us when Penske totally dropped the ball and didn’t have our truck ready to go and on site 🤦‍♂️. Guys were really friendly and remembered all of our instructions while packing and loading can’t speak more highly of them.

Once again Graceful Movers saved us. Sam, Matt and Kevin (or Kenny?? Sorry I'm bad with names!) All 3 were quick and friendly. Very polite and professional. Had a complex couch from Amazon and they both took it apart and reassembled it for me in no time. They hand wrapped everything that needed protection. This was by far the smoothest, most stress-free move I’ve ever experienced! I filled out their interest form on their website and within the hour received a call from our moving consultant to take all my information and provide me with a quote. He was EXTREMELY thorough and helpful. Was more than happy to answer any and all of my questions. The quote was very accurate compared to what the final bill came out to be. I called on a Wednesday for a move that needed to happen Friday, and they were able to accommodate even with only 2 days notice. It wasn’t a huge move, just basically one bedroom and bathroom’s worth of furniture and boxes from my aunt’s assisted living facility to a storage unit, which might have had something to do with them being able to squeeze me in last minute. But still, great. And, the day before the move I called and asked if they could possibly add 2 more stops (right along our route) to pick up a large piece of furniture from my Dad’s house and deliver it to my house, and they were able to do it no problem. The movers were right on time and extremely professional. I hadn’t been able to pack everything into boxes like I had planned and they were happy to do it for me. I would definitely hire this company again. Thank you, Graceful Moves!

The moving consultant Ryan was great over the phone and not pushy at all. He explained everything to me, with no hidden fees unlike the other company I contacted. The driver, Kendall was great as well, quick with packing everything into the truck and bringing everything inside at the drop off location. He also asked where should each and every box be placed. Great experience from start to finish. They arrived on time, crew worked seamlessly to get our belongings delivered with care. They did hit the wall with a corner of a piece of furniture but it was a tight corner and they had been working for almost 6 hours in the summer heat. Great company! Setting up the move was super easy. Representatives communicate often and are very detailed. Their estimates are spot on! They left my mom’s furniture damaged and it was brand new. Such a sham of a company! They stalked me to earn my business but when silent when I asked for a Manager to call me back. Don’t use them. We used the one from Spring, TX. Stay away! Javon Jackson is who stalked to earn my business but went silent after I reported the damages. Also- the movers were two young males who were new and didn’t understand anything about moving.
