This was my first experience with Graceful movers. We were referred by the person we bought furniture from. I called around first but ended up going with them and they did not disappoint. They coordinated between us and the seller and had great communication from beginning to end. They wrapped everything carefully and fully. I hadn't paid for movers in a long time but it was worth it for the care they took in handling our furniture. Highly recommend Graceful Movers.

Kevin, Chris, and Arnoldo where exactly what I wanted in movers they used extra precautions on my fireplace carrying it 3 flights of stairs. I appreciate their diligence.Kevin made sure to stay on time. I did not receive any hinden fees and they gave me a special rate which I was grateful for, Chris was super experienced he and Arnoldo set my sectional up very quickly. Kevin was extremely helpful with all my concerns. I am not a big fan of moving but Kevin, Chris, and Arnoldo made my day go much smoother. Much thanks to these guys

This is a great moving company I have used previously. Everyone is courteous and professional. They really care about your time-frames, your items and making sure you feel comfortable. The quest for a quote is a great way to go if it is after hours. I sent a quote at 5 am and was contacted as soon as they opened and able to arrange something for the same day.What is so remarkable as well is the care in protecting all of your belongings! The floor is covered. Your wood objects are covered and objects wrapped. If you care about your things in this way, it is a great, built-in feature.I completely recommend Graceful Moves!

This is the second time we have used Graceful Moves. Our second time was as wonderful as the first. The young men moving us were helpful,thoughtful and extremely professional. They went from room to room disassembling, wrapping and moving each piece of furniture. Allen the coordinator was great, probably the best part of this moving experience. The moving day went longer than expected but overall smooth. The issue happened after that.I noticed a month after the moving that my rowing machine was broken and contacted the company. I called and emailed many times, waited for months, no response. I have not received any email or call back whatsoever. When I contacted them, I didn't have high hope since it has been a while after the move. But the fact that they never even try to communicate with me for the matter is very unprofessional. I guess you just need to make sure nothing is broken when the crew is still around to get some kind of reimbursement... It was a very disappointing experience...

Edited post after second move: was given 3 movers, but when the movers arrived, only 1 showed up for the first 30 mins, while the other were grabbing food, which is fine, go have lunch, but start my clock with all 3 men, when all 3 men are available and ready. The move too way longer than expected (2.5 hours longer) and I've done this same move tons of times. Then when my TV and deep freezer were damaged, I reached out to the move coordinator and he told me the claims team will be contacting me that week. They did not for 2 weeks. And when I was finally contacted. I immediately gave the proper information that was asked for and haven't heard a response for over a week. So I reached out again.. no reply. Reached out again 1 week 2 days later. No reply. Reached out again. 1 week, 5 days later. Still no reply. So to sum it up. This company was great when I used then for my first move. This company is not the same professional company I originally worked with. And if they break your stuff. They will ghost you. 👻. Good luck!Original post:Workers were kind/respectful, professional and worked efficiently while taking the time to carefully move my belongings. They took the time to make sure boxes were placed in desired areas for an easy unpack. Great pricing for the move and they workers were always moving. 👌 I have a heavy 8 person marble tables that always makes me nervous during moves and they handled this challenge with ease and professionalism. I will definitely be using this moving company in the future! Great job guys! Way to be awesome! 💪 💪
