This was by far the smoothest, most stress-free move I’ve ever experienced! I filled out their interest form on their website and within the hour received a call from our moving consultant to take all my information and provide me with a quote. He was EXTREMELY thorough and helpful. Was more than happy to answer any and all of my questions. The quote was very accurate compared to what the final bill came out to be. I called on a Wednesday for a move that needed to happen Friday, and they were able to accommodate even with only 2 days notice. It wasn’t a huge move, just basically one bedroom and bathroom’s worth of furniture and boxes from my aunt’s assisted living facility to a storage unit, which might have had something to do with them being able to squeeze me in last minute. But still, great. And, the day before the move I called and asked if they could possibly add 2 more stops (right along our route) to pick up a large piece of furniture from my Dad’s house and deliver it to my house, and they were able to do it no problem. The movers were right on time and extremely professional. I hadn’t been able to pack everything into boxes like I had planned and they were happy to do it for me. I would definitely hire this company again. Thank you, Graceful Moves!

The moving consultant Ryan was great over the phone and not pushy at all. He explained everything to me, with no hidden fees unlike the other company I contacted. The driver, Kendall was great as well, quick with packing everything into the truck and bringing everything inside at the drop off location. He also asked where should each and every box be placed. Awesome communication!! I highly recommend Graceful Moves!!!

Ryan was great with setting up our move and helping me with what all I needed. He didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. (I showed him pictures of my storage units and said I didn’t need 2 trucks.) He was gracious with my changing moving date. The 4 guys doing the actual moving were awesome! Great experience from start to finish. They arrived on time, crew worked seamlessly to get our belongings delivered with care. They did hit the wall with a corner of a piece of furniture but it was a tight corner and they had been working for almost 6 hours in the summer heat. It’s easily repairable so we didn't bother to report it. Dee, Sam, Kendall, Mani, and Cory doe a super job. They cone highly recommended!

Great company! Setting up the move was super easy. Representatives communicate often and are very detailed. Their estimates are spot on! They even have a service where they will provide boxes and shipping materials so that you don’t have to spend time getting them. The moving team is very courteous and experienced. I’ve used them twice in the past three years, once for a local move and once for a regional move. Highly recommend Graceful Moves!!

These guys came on time, worked professionally, was respectful of my old home and new home. Made sure my furniture was protected. Even in the rain they worked hard. I felt really bad that they got soaked. I liked how they did their best to cover the floors so the floors wouldn’t get wet. All around, they were great I surely would recommend these guys.

I had to re-schedule TWICE, and they made it all smooth, they were helpful and made my ultimate move smooth as silk. This was an 80 mile move to a new rural home.
