Our first time using Graceful Moves. We were recommended by a friend of ours who had a great experience with them. Alex and Ernie are excellent at what they do. They are very professional, work efficiently, and have a friendly attitude. They wrapped our furniture and transported it with extreme care. Great company, with great movers, and even better prices! I would 100% only use them in the future. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a good price for quality work.

My packing team led by Gustavo was quick and efficient. Alex packed my kitchen with care. They carefully packed my furniture and my plants. My unloading team led by Ernie was equally amazing. Matteo and Alex were so polite and super helpful.

Bernie and Alex were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Moving is usually stressful, but these guys made the entire process smooth and efficient.They showed up on time, came ready to work, and didn’t waste a second. What really stood out was their attention to detail… no damages, everything was handled with care, and they made sure nothing was damaged.Beyond that, they were professional, respectful, and just great guys to be around during a long moving day. You can tell they take pride in what they do.If you’re using this company, I highly recommend asking for Bernie and Alex specifically. They set the standard for what a moving crew should be.

I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about my move! Not only, we're they early, not only did they pretty much do the rest of my packing, not only were they very friendly and chatty, they were just amazing. Made moving a pleasure!!!!!! Ashton & Deon are the BEST! It’s never easy moving, but these guys made it stress-free. They were extremely careful with our belongings, made adjustments to accommodate our needs and did it all with a smile on their faces. They were even great with our pets at the new house. I want to thank Graceful Moves Moving & Storage for the excellent work they did in moving our 3-bedrooms home belongings. They arrived on time, the team (Gustavo and his assistant) took good care of our belongings using proper packing materials, blankets, or dollies. Their initial quote matched the final price with no unexpected fees. The did an amazing job! I highly recommend them.

From booking, through follow-up, arrival, packing, unloading, and departure it was an A+ experience. Allen did his part to set us up for success during booking. Tyler took the hand off for arrival. The on-site team of Carlos, Deon, & Dee were professional, experienced, courteous, and each had a great personality. Communication was constant, attention to detail was noted, and they made it happen for us. I will only use Graceful Moves in the future. I was anxious about finding a good moving company on a very short time frame for a relatively small job. I responded to a mailing and phone call I got from Greg of Graceful Moves Moving & Storage. From the moment that I spoke with Allen my anxiety was relieved and I felt very comfortable that I had found the right moving company. The process of setting up the move was seamless. Deion and Dee was the team assigned to my move. They were the "A Team" of movers and exceeded my expectations. They were punctual, professional, courteous, efficient, handled my items with care and checked with me when they had questions. I will definitely use Graceful Moves for the next phase of my relocation and will ask for Deion and Dee.
